ACTA/SOPA

Je to nástroj ako zviazať ľudstvu ruky a zadať ho do stavu podriadeného? Duševné vlastníctvo a autorské práva sú hlavným činiteľom tohoto paktu a neverím, že to prinesie osoh. Ak tak korporáciám. A teraz si zoberme fakt, že ACTA sa vzťahuje aj na produkty, služby a vôbec tovar. Pokiaľ tomu dobre rozumiem, vyplynulo  by z toho, že už nikdy nebudem schopný vložiť na tento blog fotku bajku z iného webu, video, alebo sa pokúsiť predať súčiastku, ktorú som získal a možno aj značkový bajk.
Nebudem to brať nejak katastroficky, ale čo sa to teda chystá?

Intelectual property right enforcement is minor factor of this pact but honestly, I don't feel that ads any value into. Value for corporations perhaps. Now let's consider the fact that this includes the rights for products, service and goods altogether. If I get it right, would this mean that I won't be any able to put on this blog any pics of bikes, videos, sell some bike stuff or even sell a brand bike? I'm talking about sharing interesting stuff I found on web.
